VIP Credit Issues

We know the past few months have been crazy, we have gone through a lot of issues with our new website for our VIP membership and after much thought we decided it wasn't for us and we wanted out boxes back!  We understand our customer service was not the best and some had issues with credits and their accounts but now with this website, a new customer service rep, Ali, we are ready for everything!
